(OTCBB: LMCO) (www.evinnovations.com), 21st Century Design & Engineering of emission-free automotive propulsion systems using the latest lithium battery technology, is pleased to announce that they have signed a letter of intent to begin manufacturing in Rutherford County, NC.
Li-ion Motors, Inc. will, according to the letter of intent, receive up to 13 million dollars in concessions and credits to include:

-- A 145,000 square foot manufacturing facility.
-- An option of a 400,000 square foot manufacturing facility for future
expansion.
-- Begin working with Isothermal Community College to develop a world
class training program for the repair and manufacturing of electric
vehicles.
